2027 National Convention Registration

Welcome to the 2027 National Convention (NATCON) event info and registration page. Each year, Pershing Rifleman, Pershing Angels, and Blackjacks, past and present, join together with guests, friends and supporters for this annual event. This year’s convention and Pershing Angels General Assembly will take place in Myrtle Beach, SC, March 11-14, 2027.
Please review all 3 sections below to ensure you have completed all the correct registration materials. This includes the Drill Entry form, Primary Event Registration form, and Event Hotel Reservations.

Complete Hotel Reservations
Reservations must be made with the hotel directly in order to get the discounted rate of $134.00 per night. The discount block is under the name “Pershing Rifles Group.”

Drill Entry Form
The drill competition entry form is only for schools that are entering to compete in the John J. Pershing Memorial Drill Competition (JJPMDC). This includes high school Blackjacks (JROTC), and undergraduate units of the Pershing Rifles and Pershing Angels. Alumni skip to next step below for registration.
Pershing Rifles & Pershing Angels units: there is no additional cost to enter the drill competition; this is inclusive of the primary event registration which also must be completed below.
High School JROTC units: there is a $200.00 fee for entering the drill competition. After completing the drill entry form, please complete the primary event registration form below.

Deadline to drop/withdraw from a drill event is February 14, 2027. Failure to drop will result in a 2 point deduction of your total score.

Primary Event Registration Instructions
Important: Read all instructions/descriptions below that are applicable to your school, company and/or organization before completing the registration form. These instructions will ensure that you pay the correct amount required to attend the National Convention.
Blackjacks/High School Comp is for National Society of Blackjacks or High Schools who wish to compete in the drill competition. $250.00 per School with a $50.00 discount for NSBJ units
Pershing Rifleman-Undergrad (INCLUDES Dinner Saturday). Companies must login to a member’s Unit Management System (UMS) account to register. Upon logging in, you will be able to register for other members of your company. Companies who are unable to have a single member pay or that require a single payment to pay on behalf of the group due to college/university requirements should email [email protected] and [email protected] to make arrangements. The registration fee is $105.00 per person includes all required events taking place Thursday – Saturday. This fee does not include the Saturday lunch.
Pershing Angels registration covers all required events on Friday and Saturday for $120.00 per person. This fee includes the Saturday lunch. The Alumni Dinner of Thursday is a separate fee(see below for Alumni Dinner Add On). If you are not active and in good standing, you must pay your dues through NSPA to gain access to business meeting on Saturday. Pershing Rifles Alumni (ALL INCLUSIVE-Includes both the Thursday Alumni dinner & Saturday National Dinner). Members who have paid their dues and are in good standing are required to login to receive the discounted rate of $170.00 per person. Guests/spouses of PR alumni will also receive the discounted rate if the alumni member is good standing. General admission for alumni and their guests that are not financially active is $185.00 per person (login not required for general registration). These fees include the Saturday lunch. College Cadre / Faculty Advisor registration only covers events on Friday and Saturday, $80.00 per person. It does not include the Thursday Alumni Dinner. All cadre are invited to attend this special dinner hosted on Thursday by the National Society of Pershing Rifles Alumni Association (NSPRAA) by selecting the Alumni Dinner Add On when registering in addition to the Cadre/Faculty Advisor option.
Alumni Dinner Add On registration is for NSPR or NSPA members who wish to attend the NSPRAA Dinner on Thursday night, $60.00 per person. (If you are a Pershing Rifles Alumni and have already selected the Alumni registration, you DO NOT need to add this).
National Dinner Add On registration is for guests of NSPR or NSPA who wish to attend the National Dinner on Saturday Night, $70.00 per person. (Note: This is already inclusive in the cost for several of the options above, so please make sure to only select this if you or your guest is not registered under one of the inclusive pricing options already).
