2024 National Convention Registration

Please review the 3 steps below to complete registration. NOTE: All convention attendees are required to stay at the event hotel utilizing the links below. Contact prg@theprgroup.org with any registration questions or concerns.

All undergrad Pershing Angel and Rifles units are encouraged to apply to the Pershing Foundation Grant. Applications are open until TBD. INFO HERE

Make Hotel Reservations

The primary event hotel is the Hotel-Crowne Plaza Knoxville. To book hotel rooms online at the special discounted group rate (Only $125.00 a night, no breakfast included), click on the link to the right after registration is opened.

NOTES FROM HOTEL

The link will work until 30 days prior to the first arrival date(2/11/24). That cut-off mark is the day that the unreserved rooms of the block will drop from the group’s inventory. After that day, there is no guarantee that the rate would be available

When one clicks on the link, it will go to our hotel’s reservation page.

Once there:

Individuals must choose their arrival and departure dates to accurately reflect their stay. The GROUP CODE field will automatically populate with the group code, when their arrival and departure dates are put in.

The basic room type, rooms with two queen beds, will be the room type associated with the block.

Please, let potential attendees know that they can have other room types, but they’d need to contact the hotel for a room with one queen bed and a sofa-sleeper (Add $10), or a room with one king bed (Add $15).

After the cut-off date, attendees would need to contact the hotel, directly, to make a reservation into the block.

Note: If attendees try the booking link, and their stay is for days earlier than the first arrival date, or after the last date of the room block, they’ll need to contact the hotel to make their reservation. Our reservation manager, Jamie Julius, is available Mon – Fri, 830a – 430p, at 865-522-2600.

No meals are included in the rate, but our restaurant is open for all meal periods, and room service is also available.

Drill Entry Form

For P/R P/A undergrads & Blackjacks/JROTC only. Alumni skip to next step. Entry for the John J. Pershing Memorial Drill Competition (JJP MDC) is separate from event registration. There is no additional cost for Pershing Rifles and Pershing Angels Companies to enter the drill competition.

The fee for Blackjacks/JROTC units entering into the Drill Competition is TBD. Please complete the below form, and we will contact you to make payment arrangements.

Primary Event Registration

Blackjack/High School Comp is for National Society of Blackjacks or High Schools who wish to compete in the drill competition.

Pershing Rifles Companies(INCLUDES DINNER SATURDAY) must login to a member’s Unit Management System (UMS) account to register. Upon logging in, you will be able to register for other members of your company. Companies who are unable to have a single member pay or that require a single payment to pay on behalf of the group due to college/university requirements should email finance@pershingriflessociety.org and operations@pershingriflessociety.org to make arrangements. The registration fee is $95.00 per person includes all required events taking place Thursday – Saturday. This fee does not include the Saturday lunch.

Pershing Angels registration covers all required events on Friday and Saturday for $110.00 per person. This fee includes the Saturday lunch.

Pershing Rifles Alumni (ALL INCLUSIVE-Includes Alumni and National Dinner) members who have paid their dues and are in good standing are required to login to receive the discounted rate of $160.00 per person. Spouses and guests will also receive the discounted rate if the alumni member is good standing. General admission for alumni and their guests that are not financially active is $175.00 per person (login not required for general registration). These fees include the Saturday lunch. Cadre / Faculty Advisor registration only covers events on Friday and Saturday. It does not include the Thursday Alumni Dinner. All are invited to attend this special dinner hosted on Thursday by the National Society of Pershing Rifles Alumni Association (NSPRAA) by selecting the Alumni Dinner Add On when registering.

Alumni Dinner Add On registration is for NSPR or NSPA members who wish to attend the NSPRAA Dinner on Thursday night.

National Dinner Add On registration is for guests of NSPR or NSPA who wish to attend the National Dinner on Saturday Night
